Provided is a wrist exercise equipment. According to the present invention, the wrist exercise equipment comprises: a hand holder for a hand of a patient; an arm holder connected rotatably to the hand holder through a connection member to hold arm of the patient; a supporting body provided on a lower part of the arm holder; and an air bag provided between the supporting body and the hand holder, and equipped with an air introduction hose to rotate the hand holder according to an inflow and outflow of air. The wrist exercise equipment is size-adjustable as well.
