<p>The present invention relates to an ultra-rapid hardening cement concrete composition, and a method for paving and repairing concrete using the same. The ultra-rapid hardening cement concrete composition comprises: 5-40 wt% of an ultra-rapid hardening cement bonding material; 25-70 wt% of a fine aggregate; 20-65 wt% of a coarse aggregate; 0.1-20 wt% of water; and 0.01-15 wt% of a polymer bonding material. The polymer bonding material comprises: 20-95 wt% of methyl metacrylate; 1-50 wt% of styrene-butyl acrylate; 1-30 wt% of methyl methacrylate-butadiene rubber latex; 0.01-30 wt% of polyvinyl acetate; 0.01-10 wt% of unsaturated polyester; and 0.01-10 wt% of polypropylene. The ultra-rapid hardening cement bonding material comprises: 35-95 wt% of normal Portland cement or rapid hardening Portland cement; 2-30 wt% of magnesium or calcium sulfoaluminate; 1-20 wt% of calcium alumina cement; 1-25 wt% of attapulgite; 0.1-20 wt% of plaster; 0.01-10 wt% of calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide; 0.01-10 wt% of zinc sulfate, 0.01-10 wt% of a silane-based water repelling agent; 0.01-10 wt% of a booster; and 0.01-10 wt% of a retarder. According to the present invention, the hardening time of concrete is delayed, thereby improving workability and enhancing the strength (especially tensile strength and bond strength) and durability of concrete.</p> |
