PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component whose high-temperature load lifetime and capacitance temperature characteristic are excellent.SOLUTION: The electronic component has a dielectric layer which comprises: a chief constituent represented by the general formula AB1O, where A denotes the element at A sites, B1 denotes the element at B sites, O denotes oxygen, and the A/B1 molar ratio is represented by γ; a first complex oxide containing at least the A element and the B1 element with the A/B1 molar ratio α smaller than γ; and a second complex oxide containing at least the A element and the B1 element with the A/B1 molar ratio β larger than γ. |
