<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core sand dropping method that is suitable to making core sand fine without mixing foreign matter. <P>SOLUTION: The core sand dropping method includes: a striking process S2 of striking casting product rough material 2, filled with a sand core 3 and having a sand discharge opening 21, with predetermined striking force; and an excitation process S3 of vibrating and then exciting the casting product rough material 2 while leaving and holding a predetermined amount of core sand 31 set in the casting product rough material 2 in advance after the striking process S2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
