The bottom of the second atomization absorption chamber (14) is provided with a guide plate (9) for improving the following state of the flue gas and reducing the following dead zones; The middle part of the second atomization absorption chamber (14) is provided with a second atomization spraying layer (11), which is used for performing the second flue gas desulfurization on the one hand and capturing fine fog drops in the flue gas on the other hand.
