The extrusion head with inert flat slit of zero length according to the present invention consists of an inlet hollow section (1), provided with an external fastener (2) for removable connection with an ejector, and the inlet hollow section (1) is terminated by an outlet flat section (3) terminated by a slit (4) with clearance (LiS) in the range of 0.05 to 8 mm, width in the range of 10 to 300 multiples of its clearance (LiS) and length (LiD) in the range of 0.01 to 0.5 multiples of its clearance (LiS), wherein at point of connection with the inlet hollow section (1) said outlet flat section (3) has a maximum wall thickness (L) as defined by the equation L = LiD + 0.5 Lis•(k-1)•tg.{alpha}, wherein k ϵ (1; 300) and {alpha}.ϵ(0; 30). The wall thickness (L) of the outlet flat section (3) reduces gradually in the direction to the slit (4) such that at the point of the slit (4) inlet periphery is equal to the slit (4) length (LiD) (4). Inner and/or outer surface of the outlet flat section (3) consists transient surfaces that mutually converge in the direction to the slit (4) such that apex angle of tangents of these converging surfaces is in the range of 120 degrees to 180 degrees. The outlet flap section (3) of the extrusion head is provided from outer side and along circumference with 2 to 6 assembly apertures (5). |
