Disclosed is a method for manufacturing nanoparticles including ions selected in group 13, 16, and 11 or 12 of the periodic table. The method comprises performing conversion of a nanoparticle precursor composition including the ions of group 13, 16, and 11, or 12 into the nanoparticle materials in the presence of a selenol compound. Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a thin film including nanoparticles containing ions selected in group 13, 16, and 11 or 12 of the periodic table, and a method for manufacturing a printable ink formation including the nanoparticles. |
