<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel light-emitting device in which light emitted from a light-emitting element to a substrate can be efficiently reflected. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device, in which a light-emitting element is flip-chip mounted on a substrate having wiring formed thereon, comprises: an insulating light-reflecting layer formed on the wiring; and a bump which reaches the wiring through the insulating light-reflecting layer and connects the wiring and the light-emitting element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
