PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel photoresponsive concerto catalyst that causes changes in the structure by light and can develop catalytic activity by the synergistic function of a catalytic functional moiety.SOLUTION: The catalyst is a compound expressed by formula (1). In the formula, X1, X2, Y1, Y2, Z1 and Z2 are the same or different from one another, and represent an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms or a heterocyclic group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, which may have one or more substituents selected from lower alkoxy, amine, ester, amide, cyano, nitro, chloro, fluoro, lower alkyl and aryl. |
