<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air extraction apparatus that achieves space-saving by miniaturizing the apparatus without deteriorating maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: The air extraction apparatus includes a body 31 formed by integrally providing a tank connecting part 31a for connecting the apparatus to a tank 21, a pressure-reducing-valve mounting part 31d for mounting a pressure reducing valve 40 thereto, and a socket mounting part 31f for joining a socket 45 of a joint thereto. The body 31 is internally provided with an air flow passage 32 that passes through the pressure-reducing-valve mounting part 31d from the tank connecting part 31a and reaches the socket mounting part 31f while the pressure reducing valve 40 is mounted to the pressure-reducing-valve mounting part 31d. Consequently, the tank connecting part 31a side of the air flow passage 32 becomes a primary side 32a and the socket mounting part 31f side of the air flow passage 32 becomes a secondary side 32b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
