In the present invention, there is disclosed a ballast bed cleaning machine comprising two sections – a winning section (100) and a cleaning section (200), which includes at the same time an energetic section, too. Both the sections are coupled with each other by an automatic coupler and energetic and control connections. Both the sections are provided with their own drive. The travel drive in the winning section only ensures movement of the machine in the course of work while when driving on the track, the movement of the set is ensured by drives of the cleaning section. Material flow between the sections is ensured by a group of conveyors. The task of the winning section (100) winning mechanism is to disintegrate ballast below the rails. At the same time, material in gaps between the sleepers is loosened. Subsequently, the worked material is transported to the cleaning section (200), where is separated by a vibration separator into several fractions. The cleaned gravel is the returned by a conveyor back to the winning section where it is used for creating new railway bedding under simultaneous laying of a geotextile. Unused waste is removed from the cleaning section by a conveyor out of the track or in an available car. |
