The present invention relates to a simple solar panel cleaning device. The simple solar panel cleaning device comprises: a cleaning unit for taking rotatory power to clean foreign substances on a solar panel; a driving motor for supplying rotatory power to the cleaning unit; a transfer unit to move the cleaning unit up and down using the rotatory power supplied from the driving motor; and a fixating frame to fixate the position of the cleaning unit and the transfer unit. Therefore, the simple solar panel cleaning device simplifies the structure to maximize productivity, thereby lowering the unit price of the device and allowing a wide use of the device. In addition to this, the simple solar panel cleaning device can be widely used as the cleaning unit is transferred by the transfer unit using the power source of the driving motor to facilitate cleaning against the horizontal position of the solar cell. |
