Disclosed are a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch panel according to the present invention includes: a first conductive substrate in which a plurality of first electrode lines are formed, and a second conductive substrate in which a plurality of second electrode lines are formed in a direction of crossing the first electrode lines. Each of the first electrode lines are formed in each of first areas predetermined to have an irregular interval between electrode lines. Each of the second electrode lines are formed in each of second areas predetermined to have an irregular interval between electrode lines. Accordingly, the touch panel can improve a conventional diffraction phenomenon and moire phenomenon due to a regular electrode pattern by only changing an electrode pattern without changing a design related to an additional circuit configuration.
