摘要 <p>In order to minimize the scattering of weld spatter (7S), gas produced by evaporation of oil deposited on a bonding member (14), and welding fumes (7F), all of which are generated during the laser welding of a lap-bonded joint between two cylindrical bonding members, a laser welding part (5) is configured so that: a lap-bonded joint is formed between a cylindrical member (13) to be bonded and the cylindrical bonding member (14); the two bonding members are temporarily fixed to each other by press fitting; an annular groove (19) is partially provided to the radially directed boundary of the two overlapping cylindrical members; the press-fitted portion is configured so as to form a hollow cylindrical shape sealed from the exterior at both side parts of the annular groove (19); laser light is beamed so as to penetrate the sealed hollow cylindrical annular groove and to reach the cylindrical member (13) to be bonded, from the outside of the cylindrical bonding member (14); and the entire outer periphery of the cylindrical bonding member (14) is welded by the laser light to form a lap-bonded joint.</p>
