<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humectant cosmetic which can impart a sufficient humectant effect, can sufficiently maintain the effect, further has no stickiness after application and has excellent sense of use. <P>SOLUTION: This humectant cosmetic comprises: (A) dicarboxylic acid bis(polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether) ester; (B) an amino acid and/or its derivative; and (C) polyhydric alcohol, in which the content of the (B) component is 1 to 20 mass%.
