<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means that enables a browser to easily specify necessary information and quickly access the specified information from among information which constantly increases and is disclosed by an unspecified number of information providers. <P>SOLUTION: A message map providing server device acquires and stores message data transmitted from an unspecified number of portable terminal devices in association with data showing its transmission time and transmission position through a message exchange server device. A terminal device accesses the message map providing server device and receives message map data from the message map providing server device. The terminal device displays a message map display page including a large number of plots 202 arranged on a map 201 according to the message map data.
