<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photochromic coating fluid that provides a photochromic coat layer by being applied over a surface of a base material with an urethane-based primer applied thereon when necessary, and cured, the photochromic coating agent providing the photochromic coat layer having excellent use for the surface of the base material, high adhesion to the base material, and superior photochromic characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The photochromic coating agent consists of: 100 parts by weight of a mixture of, for example, a polymerizable monomer component, a cured body thereof obtained by homopolymerization having an L-scale Rockwell hardness of not smaller than 60, and a polymerizable monomer component, a cured body thereof obtained by homoolymerization having an L-scale Rockwell hardness of not larger than 40; 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of a photochromic compound; and 0.001 to 5 parts by weight of a silicone-based or fluorine-based surfactant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
