摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a sliver particle which can be sintered at low temperature and is suitable for raw materials such as a conductive paste, and whose average particle diameter is 100 nm or larger; the conductive paste containing the silver particle; a conductive film; and an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of producing the silver particle which adds a reducer-containing aqueous solution to a silver-salt complex-containing aqueous solution, and reduction-precipitates the silver particle, or in a method of producing the silver particle which adds a silver nitrate aqueous solution to a reduction liquid, and reduction-precipitates the silver particle, the silver particle whose average particle diameter (D<SB POS="POST">SEM</SB>) is 100 nm or larger and in which a ratio [crystal diameter D<SB POS="POST">X</SB>(111)/crystal diameter D<SB POS="POST">X</SB>(200)] between a mirror index (111) by X-ray precipitation and the crystal diameter at (200) is 1.40 or larger can be obtained by performing all processes from reaction to drying in a temperature range of 30°C or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
