<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device and an electronic apparatus or the like which can supply a signal for display control to an electro-optic device while reducing a layout area.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device 10 includes: a first pad group PG1 which is connected to a first memory pad group PMG1 arranged along a first chip side SC1 of chips of image memories 120 stacked in the integrated circuit device 10; a second pad group PG2 which is connected to a second memory pad group PMG2 arranged along a third chip side SC3; a control section 30 which performs display control of an electro-optic device; and a third pad group PG3 which outputs a data signal and a control signal for display control. The first pad group PG1 is arranged along a first side SD1 of the integrated circuit device 10. The second pad group PG2 is arranged along a third side SD3 facing the first side SD1. The third pad group PG3 is arranged along a second side SD2 intersecting with the first side SD1 and the third side SD3.</p> |
