PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the interest in a game machine that performs related performances in a plurality of game states where different results can be obtained.SOLUTION: A game machine is provided comprising: a variable ball entry port that can vary from a ball-enterable state to a ball-no-enterable state; pattern display means that variably displays patterns; pattern control means that variably displays the patterns and displays the patterns in a winning mode or in a losing mode in a stopped state until a given pattern stop time elapses; specific game performance means that performs, when the patterns are displayed in a stopped state in a winning mode and the pattern stop time has elapsed, a specific game that changes the variable ball entry port to the ball-enterable state after a given pre-opening time has elapsed; and performance conducting means for conducting a given performance in a first performance conducting period consisting of the pattern stop time in the losing mode and in a second performance conducting period consisting of the total time of the pattern stop time in the winning mode and the pre-opening time of the specific game. The game machine has the first performance conducting period and the second performance conducting period, two periods having the same time range, and carries out the given performance in the same time range's first performance conducting period or second performance conducting period.
