Provided is a fusion peptide including a hydrophobic peptide and a basic peptide, a pharmaceutical composition including the fusion peptide, a cell membrane penetrating conjugate including the fusion peptide and a substance of interest, and a method for intracellular delivery of a substance of interest using the fusion peptide.
