The computer-readable medium can store commands which allow a computer to perform following operations. Here, the operations may include: an operation of receiving input information related to an insurance request; an operation of receiving an image for verifying the insurance request; an operation of verifying the validity of at least one part of the received image based on predetermined image sample information; and an operation of determining an insurance feedback operation based on the input information when the validity is verified.
