An EGR device can easily adjust an EGR rate from 0% to a predetermined rate. According to the present invention, the EGR device (50) extracts a portion of an exhaust gas exhausted from an engine (10) from an exhaust path (20), and transfers the extracted exhaust gas to a supply path (30) wherein the pressure of the supply path is higher than the pressure of the exhaust path (20). The EGR device (50) comprises: an EGR blower (54) to increase a pressure of the exhausted exhaust gas; and a check valve (56) to prevent a supply gas supplied to the engine (10) from flowing from the supply path (30) to the EGR blower (54).
