<p>The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting an osteoclast differentiation comprising sophocarpines, tangeretin, usnic acids, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a combination of the compounds as active ingredients, a composition for preventing or treating bone-related diseases, and a method for inhibiting differentiation of the osteoclast by using the composition. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention comprises compounds capable of inhibiting the osteoclast differentiation as active ingredients, thereby being able to be used widely for preventing or treating various diseases induced by an excessive osteoclast differentiation.</p> |
