<p>The invention provides a non-contact power supply device capable of providing power in a non-contact manner and high in transmission efficiency, wherein the sending-side impedance is accurately adjusted by an impedance adjustment part (56) to be equal to both the load impedance of a lifting circuit used for driving the nozzle support part (43) of a currently installed element pickup head (32) to move up and down, and the load impedance of an electro-spinner with an R-axis servo motor (47) and used for driving the nozzle support part (43) to rotate. In this way, the transmission efficiency of the non-contact power supply for the element pickup head (32) is improved. In addition, since no impedance measuring circuit is adopted, the non-contact power supply device is low in cost and small in size.</p> |
