<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of honing machining wherein a technology for injecting slurry wide and straight is remarkably watched as a technology capable of efficiently machining a flat work, but it is difficult to equally inject the slurry wide and straight and the injection width is limited to 90 mm or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An injection gun base part formed into a hollow and laterally longitudinal rectangular parallelepiped is divided into two stages of an upper stage and a lower stage. A slurry chamber and an air chamber provided inside the base part are respectively divided into two chambers of an upper chamber and a lower chamber so as to equalize and level the concentration and the pressure by passing the slurry and the high-pressure air therethrough. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
