<p>A sealing type condensation system using a food waste reduction device according to the present invention comprises an inlet (110) having food waste (10) input; an opening and closing cover (120) opening and closing the input (110); a grinding part (100) including a grinder (130) having food waste (10) ground and horizontally moved; a weight checking part (200) checking the amount of the food waste (10) input to the inside of the grinding part (10), and moving the food waste (10) to the grinder (130); a drying part (300) including a stirrer (310) having the food waste (10) which is ground while being moved, stirred and dried after stacked, an outlet (320) discharging the food waste (10) which is dried by the stirrer (310) to the outside, and a heat exchanger (330); a filter part (400) filtering and transferring vapor and dust; and a condensing part (500) having the vapor transferred from the filter part (400) condensed, draining the condensed vapor, and putting the remaining vapor to the heat exchanger (330) again.</p> |
