The present invention relates to an in-line type assembly apparatus for a panorama sunroof, which comprises: a conveyor unit transferring a pallet for transferring a product to an in-line, and enabling movement of a product in a process assembling a sunroof to be automated; a glass compression unit placed on a random position of the conveyor unit for a glass compression process to be an in-line type; a panel transfer unit transferring a product compressed from the glass compression unit to the conveyor unit; a glass coupling unit coupling the product transferred to the conveyor unit by the panel transfer unit; and a lift unit for lifting the product to assemble a lower portion of the product transferred in the conveyor unit. Thus, the glass compression process is constituted to be an in-line type in a main assembly line, thereby automating movement of a product in a process for loss time to be removed, resolving a burden on a worker, and ensuring glass compression quality.
