PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission system that implements efficient power transmission by implementing improved power transmission efficiency and avoiding damaging component elements.SOLUTION: In the power transmission system having a transmission device for converting supplied AC power or DC power to AC power to be transmitted via a transmission path, and a reception device for receiving the AC power via the transmission path, the reception device includes: a rectifier for rectifying the AC power received via the transmission path to DC power; a DC converter for DC-converting the DC power output from the rectifier; and a receiving side control device for calculating a current command value that brings an input impedance of the DC converter to a set value on the basis of an input voltage to the DC converter, and controlling the DC converter such that an input current to the DC converter matches the current command value. |
