<p>The invention aims to provide a cation exchange film with high effect for restraining stripping among different layers in electrolysis, and an electrolytic tank with the same. The cation exchange film (1) is provided with a first layer (11), a second layer (12) and a third layer (13). The first layer (11) is composed of fluorine-containing polymer with carboxylic acid group. The second layer (12) is composed of fluorine-containing polymer and is provided with carboxylic acid groups and sulfonic acid groups. The third layer (13) is composed of fluorine-containing polymer with sulfonic acid groups. When the water content of the first layer (11) is set to WI, the water content of the second layer (12) is set to WII, and the water content of the third layer (13) is set to WIII, WI<WII, WII<WIII, WII-WI<=9.5(%), WIII-WII<=18(%); when the elasticity modulus of the first layer (11) is set to EI, the elasticity modulus of the second layer (12) is set to EII, and the elasticity modulus of the third layer (13) is set to EIII, EI>EII, EII>EIII, EI-EII<=30MPa, and EII-EIII<=40MPa.</p> |
