<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of an arbitrary image region without predesignating an image region to be detected, and furthermore, enable detection even when the arbitrary detected region moves in a screen. <P>SOLUTION: Under the control of a control unit 1, in a state where two image data pieces different in display timing are superposed, each time a position coordinate of one image data piece thereof is shifted in a two-dimensional direction (each direction of an X axis and a Y axis) by a certain amount, a matching degree of RGB values of each pixel is calculated between the image data pieces and the sum thereof for all pixels is calculated, and on the basis of the shifted position coordinate of the image data piece when the matching degree sum indicates the maximum value, a matching image region is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
