<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a vacuum suction chamber 2 in a molding apparatus to form the rubber product and the synthetic resin product in a vacuum state. <P>SOLUTION: A chamber 2 comprises: a first chamber wall body 22 that is provided on a fixed base plate 21 that holds a fixed mold unit 31; a second chamber wall body 24 that is provided on a movable base plate 23 that can support a movable mold unit 32 and can be combined air tightly with the first chamber wall body 22; and a third chamber wall body 25 that can press the movable base plate 23 to the joining direction of the first and the second chamber wall bodies 22 and 24. In a state that the first and the second chamber wall bodies 22 and 24 are mutually separated up and down and the movable mold unit 32 is supported by the movable base plate 23, a gap G<SB POS="POST">2</SB>between the fixed mold and the movable mold units 31 and 32 is larger than the gap G<SB POS="POST">1</SB>between the first and the second chamber wall bodies 22 and 24, and a pressure head 4 can press the movable mold unit 32 against the fixed mold unit 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
