<p>An elastic support member (6) is attached to the upper face of a base member (2) so as to extend and retract in the vertical direction, and a container holding section (4) is attached to the upper end of the elastic support member (6). A shaft (12) is provided at a side of the container holding section (4), and the base end of the shaft (12) is attached in a pivotable manner to a shaft (13) on a side face of the base member (2). A lid (14) is provided at the front end of the shaft (12), and the lid (14) moves in a circular arc path as the shaft (12) pivots. The lid (14) is disposed immediately above a container (8) when the shaft (12) is in an upright position. The shaft (12) is pressed to the open position side. When an opening operation preventing mechanism is disengaged, the shaft (12) automatically moves to the open position side, and thus the upper face of the container (8) is opened.</p> |
