摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered electronic component in which cracking, or the like, can be prevented by minimizing decrease in the capacitance and enhancing adhesion between a dielectric layer and an electrode layer. <P>SOLUTION: In the multilayered electronic component having an element body where a dielectric layer (2) and an electrode layer (3) containing Ni as a main component are laminated, the element body has a first phase (21) containing a Ni oxide as a main component, and a second phase (22) containing a metal oxide other than Ni as a main component. On the section of the element body perpendicular to the dielectric layer and to the electrode layer, the first phase is in contact with the electrode layer and the second phase is in contact with the electrode layer and/or the first phase in a direction perpendicular to the lamination direction. At least part of the first phase is sandwiched by the electrode layer and the second phase. When L<SB POS="POST">nio</SB>is defined as the length of the first phase in contact with the electrode layer and the second phase in a direction perpendicular to the lamination direction, and L<SB POS="POST">ni</SB>is defined as the length of the electrode layer in a direction perpendicular to the lamination direction, (ΣL<SB POS="POST">nio</SB>)/2 L<SB POS="POST">ni</SB>is 0.05-12%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
