<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer system and a program which can efficiently execute data transmission. <P>SOLUTION: A data transfer system 1 has: a bus 16; a CPU 12 connected with the bus 16; a plurality of bus masters 11 connected with the bus 16 to execute data transfer via the bus 16; bus master driver means 24 which controls the plurality of bus masters 11; and scheduling means 22 which receives data transfer requests generated by a task 21 executed by the CPU 12 and selects a data transfer request with the highest priority among the received data transfer requests to instruct the bus master driver means 24 to execute the selected data transfer request.
