<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed A/D converter for use in image processing, and the like.SOLUTION: In the A/D converter 1 which drives multiple A/D converters 11 at clock frequencies corresponding to the number of AD converters, output from each A/D converter is subjected to FFT processing, and then an offset error, a gain error, and a phase error between a reference A/D converter (ADC0) and other A/D converters (ADC1, ADC2, ADC3) are calculated from the operation results. The offset error is calculated from the FFT operation results at a frequency of fs/2, the gain error is calculated from the FFT operation results at a frequency of fin, fs/2+fin, or fs/2-fin, and the phase error is calculated from the FFT operation results at a frequency of fs/2-fin, or fs/2+fin.</p> |
