摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable inkjet ink composition having sufficient adhesiveness to a metal, and providing a resin-coated metal plate having a resin coated film having excellent strength.SOLUTION: The inkjet ink composition includes a polymerizable monomer polymerizable by active energy rays and a photopolymerization initiator, and has 3-50 mPa s of a viscosity at 25°C. The polymerizable monomer contains 0.5-13 mass% of a polymerizable phosphoric acid ester compound having a phosphoric acid ester group and an ethylenic double bond in the molecule, and 10-75 mass% of a monofunctional monomer having one ethylenic double bond in the molecule and free from the phosphoric acid ester group based on the whole monomers, and the photopolymerization initiator comprises an acylphosphine oxide-based initiator and an α-hydroxyketone-based initiator having ≤1 of the number of phenyl groups contained in the skeleton.
