There are provided a female connector and a male connector in each of which mounting pad terminals are arranged on both side portions of a surface on a side mounted on a circuit board, and a connector structure using these. A female connector (C2) includes: an insulating film (1); pad portions (8) formed on one surface (A surface) of the insulating film (1); a metal guide member (7) fixedly disposed so as to cover the other surface (B surface) of the insulating film (1) and insulatingly coated; female terminal portions (E) constituted by slit openings (9) formed so as to penetrate in a thickness direction through the pad portions (8) and portions, of the insulating film (1), on which they are located; through-holes each having a sectional area covering the female terminal portion (E) and formed so as to penetrate through the metal guide member (7'); and mounting pad terminals which are formed on both side portions of the B surface of the insulating film (A), whose surfaces project more than a surface of the metal guide member (7'), and which are electrically connected to the pad portions (8) respectively. The connector structure is constituted by male terminal portions (D) of the male connector (C1) being inserted to the slit openings (9) from the A surface side of the female connector.
