Provided is an amphiphilic block copolymer including a block A which is polyethylene glycol (PEG) or methoxy polyethylene glycol (MPEG) and a block B which is poly(caprolactone(CL)y1-lactone derivative (LD)y2). The lactone derivative is formed from a unit having any one or more structures selected from chemical formula 1 and chemical formula 2. The total molecular weight of the block A is 500 to 100,000 Da; the molecular weight ratio (block A:block B) of the total block A and the total block B is 0.1-10:1; a molar ratio (y1:y2) of y1 and y2 is 0.1-20:1; and the block B is statistical copolymers of caprolactone and lactone derivatives.
