<p>The present invention relates to a wear plate wherein a laminated type powder sintered layer is bonded and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a wear plate wherein a laminated type powder sintered layer is bonded and a manufacturing method thereof. The wear plate maintains optimum adhesion as a laminated type powder sintered layer is bonded on a frictional surface of one side of base metal, and further having excellent wear resistance and lubricity. According to the present invention, in the wear plate wherein a laminated type powder sintered layer is bonded, a laminated type powder sintered layer is bonded on a frictional surface of one side of base metal. The laminated type powder sintered layer comprises: an iron-based alloy powder layer; an adsorption powder layer formed on the iron-based alloy powder layer to be easily diffused and bonded; and a lubricating powder layer formed on the adsorption powder layer, wherein a solid lubricant is consistently distributed so as to maintain high lubricity with a component relative to the wear plate.</p> |
