<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyimide particles characterized in that a tetracarboxylic acid component essentially comprises 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic acids, a diamine component essentially comprises paraphenylene diamine, the small average particle diameter of the particles is 0.1 to 1.0μm, and the particle size distribution is monomodal. <P>SOLUTION: The polyimide particles are characterized in that: the tetracarboxylic acid component essentially comprises 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic acids; the diamine component essentially comprises paraphenylene diamine; the average particle diameter of the particles is 0.1 to 1.0μm; and the particle size distribution is monomodal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
