<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber ferrule for holding a plurality of optical fibers in one insertion hole while achieving a small diameter as much as possible and holding the plurality of optical fibers in a favorable state accurately with favorable manufacturability. <P>SOLUTION: In an insertion hole 11 formed in an optical fiber ferrule 10, a plurality of optical fibers 1, 2 are held by making peripheries in contact with each other.
