Aircraft with a nacelle-housed main landing gear

The invention provides a main landing gear for aircraft comprising a fuselage (11), a wing (13) and at least one jet engine (21) at each side of the wing housed in a nacelle (23) attached to the wing. The main landing gear comprises a landing gear (25) at each side of the wing (13) having one or more wheels (27) coupled to a driving device (29) arranged for moving them from a stowed position to a deployed position and vice versa. The engine nacelles (23) include wells located laterally with respect to the jet engines (21) and configured as a housing space of the one or more wheels (27) of each landing gear in its stowed position.
