A rotary electric machine control apparatus includes: a phase estimating part which estimates a first estimated phase value with respect to an estimated phase of a rotor based on a rotary electric machine current flowing along a rotary electric machine; a correction value memory part which memorizes correction information of indicating the collection values and second estimated phase values in relation to the estimated phase; a first phase correction part which obtains one of the correction values related to the second estimated phase values, from the correction information, based on one of the second estimated phase values according to the first estimated phase value, and corrects the second estimated phase value based on one of the correction values; a position control part which calculates a velocity command based on the corrected second estimated phase value and a position command; and a velocity control part which calculates a torque command value or a q-axis current command value, based on the corrected second estimated phase value and the velocity command.
