<p>A probe head system of a gear testing device is disclosed. The present invention relates to a probe head system of a gear testing device, comprising a probe head system of a gear testing device for obtaining different values between a theoretical value and a value which is obtained by testing a processed gear; a dynamic micrometer for moving a measurer toward a measurement direction if the different values are not zero; and a stepping motor for amplifying and using a motion value of the micrometer as measurement data, measuring a right tooth surface and a left tooth surface while rotating, and rotating the angle of a helical gear to be vertical to a tooth surface according to a deviated angle of the helical gear. The present invention provides a gear testing system capable of measurement with high precision, low production costs, and low frequencies of errors and malfunction.</p> |
