The present invention is to provide a method for processing waste water including fluoroboic acid. The method comprises the following steps: injecting hydrochloric acid into waste water including fluoroboic acid; allowing a reaction by injecting salt including Ca after injecting the hydrochloric acid; allowing a reaction by injecting a fluoroboic acid remover and heating the same after the reaction execution step; allowing a reaction by injecting slaked lime after the reaction execution step; inserting active carbon after the reaction execution step; generating a precipitation reaction by injecting polymer coagulant after the active carbon injection step; selecting sludge and transferring the same to a concentration tank after the precipitation reaction step; collecting supernatant from waste water remaining after transferring the sludge, and transferring the supernatant; and discharging liquid remaining after filtering residual waste water after transferring the supernatant.
