<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor having the bonding strength between a capacitor body and an external electrode. <P>SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes: a capacitor body 1 formed by alternately laminating multiple dielectric layers 5 and multiple internal electrode layers 7; and external electrodes 3 provided at end surfaces 1a of the capacitor body 1 where the internal electrode layers 7 are exposed and connecting with the internal electrode layers 7. When the multilayer ceramic capacitor is viewed in a vertical cross section, the multilayer ceramic capacitor has an Si oxide layers 8, each of which is located between the dielectric layer 5 of the end surface 1a of the capacitor body 1 and the external electrode 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
