According to the present invention, a pull-in winch system having a tension generating unit includes: a winch drum which is rotated by rotation power provided from a power generator to wind a rope on the outer surface; a guide unit which linearly moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction of the winch drum to guide the winding position of the rope; and a tension generating unit integrated with one side of the guide unit to be linked with the guide unit to provide tension for the rope.
