The present invention relates to a biomass polyurethane resin comprising a natural substance derivative and a manufacturing method thereof, which can be used for a polyurethane paint for an interior material. The biomass polyurethane resin can be obtained by mixing and reacting 35-74 wt% of a bio-multifunctional polyol compound and 0.01-0.1 wt% of a radical initiator in a mixed reaction product formed by mixing and reacting 10-20 wt% of an organic solvent, 10-30 parts by weight of an acryl resin containing a hydroxyl group, 0.01-0.1 wt% of a radical initiator, and 4-25 wt% of isocyanate. The polyurethane paint composition applied with the polyurethane resin has excellent material properties, regarding all the material properties such as scratch resistance, sunscreen resistance, acetone resistance, moisture tolerance, light resistance, etc., while satisfying a standard of biomass contents of at least 25%. |
