1. An apparatus for applying a substance to internal mammalian tissue comprising:
a member having a flexible, absorbent, porous portion connected to a non-porous portion to form an inflatable and deflate-able cavity between the flexible, absorbent, porous portion and the non-porous portion, wherein the flexible, absorbent, porous portion is compliant to a shape of the internal mammalian tissue, wherein the member includes a lumen extending along a long axis of the member and at least partially positioned in the cavity and configured to communicate the substance to the cavity, and wherein the member includes a nipple at an end of the member; wherein the lumen is a first lumen, the member also including a second lumen and a third lumen, the second lumen extending from a lateral surface of the member through the end of the member and into the nipple, the third lumen extending along the long axis of the member through the end of the member and into the nipple. |
